John Landon, better known as Decibel, is able to scream at volumes and pitches that can actually tear buildings apart. He uses these sonic waves to repel enemies, break into and out of otherwise inaccessible areas, and even levitate on a cushion of sound. There is speculation that John is actually the estranged younger brother of hero Shriek.
