The Mute. He is a severely dangerous character. With special ops training and a majorly cracked mind he is more than a danger to the public. He was put to the knife by an unknown surgeon, and tortured for weeks, when he found himself in and abandoned dockyard building he found that his mouth had been sewn up and he had a mangled scar for a left eye. For some unknown reason he started to kill of people in a saw-esque sort of way, taunting the media and police, and eventually the vigilantes
