The Electric Eel: Son of Poseidon, King of Atlantis, the Electric Eel can breathe underwater, manipulate electricity. Also, he has enhanced speed, especially underwater, and enhanced strength. He is the leader and one of the founders of the All-Stars. He came to the Warrior asking for a team to help him take down the evil Prince Neptune.
