Ever since his birth Cerebrum has had his abilities of levitation, mind reading, telekinesis, and occasional mind control. He also has an eidetic memory, observational and deductive skills on par with Sherlock Holmes, and ranks amongst the smartest men on the face of the earth. Due to his abilities, he was disowned by his terrified parents at an early age. He was soon found by the Warrior and taken to his training facility, having been there the longest of the All-Stars.
