Bio:
Hal was the police commissioner for the CPD for a record 23 years. Despite his older age, Hal continued to serve on the police force with the same tough-as-nails, no-nonsense approach until the day he was murdered by the Hangman, a terrifying serial killer he was tracking down. Hal’s death led to a non-stop manhunt that finally saw the Hangman locked away in the Thorne Hill Mental Institution.
Never one to push many pencils, Hal never let his position let him get sedentary. He insisted on being part of the action for many cases. He was a hardcase, tolerating nothing short of efficient police work by his men. His only two soft spots were for his wife and daughter, Sabrina, who turned her grief at his death into the inspiration to become the swashbuckling vigilante En Garde.
