i have no idea how to up load pictures directly in the post, what i do is up load them to free  image hoisting site  i.e.  tiny pic or deviant art and copy in that images location to the post.

I.E. go to http://funkmachine7.deviantart.com/art/Snow-warrior-520395895

Right click on the picture , copy image location.

head back here click insert/ edit image paste in the image location and adjust it to the right size.
