Maybe the last one was a bit too much information at once, so I’m gonna keep it shorter with the next one…

 HISTORY:

Larry Cameron, aka “Capekiller”, was once a high decorated cop in Los Angeles’ special weapons and tactics team (S.W.A.T.). But after being severely wounded in the course of a fight between metahumans that leveled an entire cityblock in downtown L.A., he had to quit the force due to his disability.

Resentful towards the metahumans who he blamed for his hardship, Larry grow more and more hatred and eventually became convinced that the metas were a “atrocity in the eyes of god”. After months of training to get back in shape and engineering a cybernetic armor to overcome his physical impairments, he finally started his mission to rid the world of all metas.

One of his first victims was a young heroine called “Alley Cat” who had only low level metahuman abilites (enhanced feral senses), which in turn enraged the rest of the metahuman community. He is know one of the most hated criminals in the U.S.A. and constantly on the run…

POWERS:

Larry has no superpowers and if so, he had to kill himself. He is an expert marksman of every type of firearm and is skilled in sharpshooting and knife throwing as well. Due to his training as a S.W.A.T. member, he also received extensive knowledge in EOD (explosive ordnance disposal), LRRP (Long Range Recon Patrol), in-depth training in close combat, and the ability to make quick decisions under stress.

Armed solely with conventional weapons and motivated by a fanatical hatred for metahumans, Larry is as susceptible to physical injury and disease as any other normal human, often having to rely on his cybernetic body armor and more on strategy than strength when up against a superpowered opponent.
