Export tool changing art orientation

Hello,

I am loving Heromachine, I’ve subscribed to premium and I’ve made a couple of characters so far. I have tried to export them (with standard settings) so I can print them from my computer, however I find when I have exported the image, the image on the screen moves – the character usually moves down and to the left. It also does this in the image now on my computer – and it crops it to a certain extent too. This is a bit frustrating. Is there a way to fix this?
