It’s an ongoing problem with the forums. Unfortunately, as of right now no one has figured what is causing it, nor has fixed it. Right now, your best bet for getting around the error is to upload your pictures to another site, like DeviantART or Photobucket, and then post them by using the picture URL’s from there.
