For this weeks challenge, I want you guys to create something with an underwater theme. It can be something that lives underwater, something that was designed to go underwater or just an underwater scene. Hopefully, you have enough scope here for some excellent creations, so lets sea them. Sorry, bad pun.
As per usual, no limits on entries this week and the contest will close at midnight Saturday (blog time). Please read the contest rules before entering, have fun and good luck.
Rules for posts, contests, and challenges that I am hosting: Original characters only, no copyrighted characters, no characters based on copyrighted characters, no characters based on RPG’s or other games. The characters must be your own design and not based on any character that might be copyrighted in any way. I have the right to delete any post that I believe crosses this line without warnings. Only post pictures and images that you have either created for this contest specifically or you know for certain have never been entered to a contest before. If you aren’t certain, don’t enter it, because I’m not going to go back through all of the contests and check.
HERE YOU GO
This was designed to be ‘a lionfish turned into clothes’
He travels on land and travels through seas. He is part man, part reptile, and part cybornetic machine. He is the living, breathing, Manzilla. . .
Here is Andrew Zackerman, a mermaid hunter.
Haven’t entered in awhile, here’s one from me. Sea Hunt
I’ve seen the Shark rider thing done before, maybe another contest in the past, but I liked it – here’s my take on it.
this is my first contest, so how do you enter your creation?
this is my first contest, My idea was a Man/shark hybrid who protects the oceans.
@blank- upload your image to n image hosting site (such as photo bucket), open the image in a new tab, copy the link to that page and then post it as a reply on this thread.
Also my first contest entry. I’ve been playing around here for a few months, I just decided to thrown my hat in the ring
Somebody got schooled . . .

Hey. Im back.
Oh, please let this work…
I don’t know if this is right or not… Gotta hope for the best.
@tora3377- You need to post the full url (webpage link) otherwise I won’t be able to see the picture.
Ok. I got it right this time.
@tora3377- can you just talk me through your process here, because you aren’t doing it right. What you’re supposed to be doing is, uploading the image to an image hosting website (such as photo bucket or deviantart), open the image in a new tab, copy the url for the page you just opened from the website bar at the top of the browser and then paste that into the reply.
I am a failure at this… one sec
I don’t have a paste button… is there even one?
So I just tried tiny url… it came up with a page saying I moved the image, but I didn’t do that. Can’t I just link you to my page?
@tora3377- Try right clicking with your mouse (or ctrl+ clicking if you are on a laptop) it’ll bring up a drop down menu and you can select paste from there. I’ve never used tiny url so I wouldn’t know what’s going on there. It would be preferable for you post a direct link rather than to a gallery or such because it saves me having to search out which one is your entry.
Ok guys, this weeks contest is now closed. The poll will be up shortly.
