Minecraft Java Edition 1.19.1 We're now releasing 1.19.1 for Minecraft: Java Edition. This update includes Allay duplication and new Player Safety features. - Added Allay Duplication Tweaked Sculk Catalysts. Chat Trust status New Options for Chat Preview - added Player Reporting Allay - Allays will dance to the beat of a Record playing in a Jukebox - If the Allay is given an Amethyst Shard while dancing it duplicates. Duplication comes with five minutes of cooldown Sculk Catalyst - Sculk Catalysts will now drop 5 XP instead of 20 XP Chat - Moved the chat scrollbar to the right - when typing a message, the status of signing the message will be shown with a colored indicator. The indicator will be displayed to the left of the chat input field or to the left of the chat preview if chat preview is enabled. The indicator will be blue when the message is signed . The indicator will turn orange when Chat Preview is enabled and the preview is waiting to be signed Chat Trust Status Messages that are not signed by Secure Chat or have been tampered by the server will be flagged. If there is no valid signature or signatures that are missing will be marked as "Not Secure". Messages marked with "Modified" are messages that are detected to be modified. The indicator's color remains visible throughout the chat screen. - The icon is not visible when the chat screen is opened. - Modified messages will display the original secure text in the tooltip Chat Preview - Added "When Sending" Chat Preview option to refresh chat previews only when attempting to send a message- To confirm the sending of a message the second keystroke of the Enter/Return key is required. - The previous "ON" setting has been renamed to "While typing" Player Reporting Reporting a player who has sent abusive messages to the game chat is now possible. The reporter must select the specific chat messages with the objectionable content, and the category of the report in order to provide the most appropriate background for our moderators to take action. This information is accessible via the screen for social interactions. Multiple chat messages could be selected for reporting. Suspensions & Bans - If you have been banned from playing online The game will display a warning screen upon starting. The reason for the suspension and the length of time it has been in force are displayed. Realms A message that has been blocked by the Java Realms Profanity Filter will now be marked with a yellow marker. Players will be notified if a chat message they have sent has been completely blocked for one or more of the players on the Realm Technical - The chat input box will not be applicable to fonts that have custom glyphs with negative advances, or glyphs with advances that exceed 32 Chat Types - Chat types that were added to the chat_types Registry have been removed and are only used by player chat and not system chat messages. Game_info and chat types for system chat were removed. Chat types no longer support overlays. Instead, a system message should instead be used to display overlays - This chat type parameter is now used by msg_command_outgoing Components The run_command click event for text components no longer supports sending chat messages directly. Only commands are supported. This means values now always need to be /-prefixed - commands that generate a signed chat message are not allowed/tellraw should be used instead Game Events New Game Events jukebox_play jukebox_stop_play Multiplayer Secure Chat Signing - Chat messages order is now cryptographically verified. Minecraft It is used to verify the message's context in Player Reports Server enforce-secure-profile is now defaulted to true for dedicated servers - Insecure chat messages logged in the server are prefixed with a [Not Secure] tag - Custom servers can set their own auto-completion options for regular chat via a new network packet - Custom servers can hide player chat messages from display via a new network packet- This does not delete player chat messages from chat logs Fixed bugs in 1.19.1 This release fixes more than 50 bugs. Make sure that your Launcher is set up to the "Latest Version" option.
