Although DREAD is a relatively new organization it seems to have strong ties to the past and may in fact not be the first association to go by that name. Golova Drakona was a secret adviser to Joseph Stalin and was the idea-man behind his police state. Some believe that he orchestrated Stalin’s death feeling a cold-war was better for his plans than Stalin’s new nuclear war would have been.
