The world thought the Samaria had gone extinct. The problem was they went into hiding. They found anyone they could to train. They went after mostly Orphan Children. I used the legwear for the body of the hovercraft, the arms are for the style of the boosters, and the guns are mounted to the hovercraft for easy access.
