Topic Title Changes!

There is an issue with changing a topics where you are given two fields to edit when you change the topic and if you change the second field you end up breaking the link to the topic making it so that site can not find it anymore. To prevent accidents from happening causing any of you losing access to your own topics I have had Jeff alter the permissions of the forum so that now only Moderators can change the title of a topic once it has been posted. So if any of you need to alter the titles of a topic you post in the future you will need to contact myself, djuby or JR to get it changed for you.
