Character Design Challenge #512 – Team Building – Volume 5 – Part 1

The premise of this contest is that over the next number of weeks we will build a team of BIPOC superheroes and a team of villains. Each week I will supply you with a role, name, or list of powers of one of the team members and you will use HM3 to create the character. This week we tackle the Hero Team Leader - Supreme
Ethnicity – African American
Real Name – Deshawn Thomas
Age - 48
Powers: Flight, super strength, sonic waves emitted from hands
Backstory: ?
The winning entrant will receive my HM3 version of their winning character
The characters must be your own design and not based on any character that might be copyrighted in any way.
Rules for posts, contests, and challenges:
Original characters only, no copyrighted characters, no characters based on copyrighted characters. No characters based on Official RPG NPC's ( Non-Player Characters ). Please keep all submissions PG13. I have the right to delete any post that I believe crosses this line without warning. Only post characters that have been created solely using Hero Machine, and that you know for certain have never been entered in a contest before. If you aren’t certain, don’t enter it, because I’m not going to go back through all of the contests and check.
All entries must be in JPG or PNG form (BMPs are too big), posted to a publicly accessible website (like the HeroMachine :,ImageShack, Deviant Art, or whatever); Do NOT use Photobucket
Entries must be made as a comment or comments to this post, containing a link directly to the image and the character name;
Please name your filesas [your name]-[character name].[file extension] before you upload it. So DiCicatriz, for instance, would save his “Bayou Belle” character image as DiCicatriz-BayouBelle.png.
Please make the link go directly to the image (like this) and not to a hosting jump page (like this).
This contest will close on Sunday, January 9th at 10:00 am Eastern

Backstory: The only surviving member of an American SEAL team that was tasked with recovering an alien artifact. Exposure to the device gifted him with great powers and he now leads a coalition of heroes known as the Alliance.

    SUPREME – Team Leader
    Real Name – Deshawn Thomas
    Age – 48
    Ethnicity – African American

Powers: Flight, super strength, sonic waves emitted from hands

Backstory: Deshawn keeps a ‘tight seal’ on the origin of his powers. The few ‘slips’ he has allowed hint at some sort of scientific accident.

As leader of the team he takes great care to subtley mentor the other members. While not afraid to “call out” one who has gotten “out of line” he would rather pull them aside at an opportune moment and discuss the issue.

He highly values both his, the teams and the individual members reputation, and works hard at seeing they are maintained.

In combat he generally uses his sonic “blasts” to stun his opponents falling back on his strength only when neccesary.

Backstory: Deshawn Thomas was a bright young man on a promising path as a EMT but one fateful night as he was on call a Lab fire broke out. Deshawn went in without hesitation and saved as many people he could before a experimental reactor exploded dousing Deshawn in strange energy.

    Hi,
I’m on a mac and I can’t get heromachine to work even with the flash debugger downloaded. Is there a way I can get a file of the images so I can use them in Procreate? Thanks in advance.

I don’t think there is, my guess is you’d need the FLASH source code to “un-pack” the images
