Among other delusional things, she claims that the black holes are ordering her to kill their erstwhile brethren. This particular claim seems to have a basis, though, considering that she absorbs all light and can fly FTL in the vacuum of space . . .

With such a ridiculously over-the-top title, I decided to make him a typical edgy villain from some 90’s Rob Liefeld comic, including lots of pouches, huge weapons, lens flares everywhere, a gratuitous katana and, of course, tiny feet.
Once a soldier who had his limbs blewn up by a grenade during the Gulf War, he was given robotic implants that increased his strenght, speed and senses and decided to act as a mercenary, specialized on eliminating superhuman targets. Now he puts fear in the hearts of heroes everywhere as SONIC CYBORG, THE MURDERER OF DEATH… or he would, if said heroes weren’t too busy laughing at his name.

Albert Dennings was a Mechanical Engineer and fascinated with music, and acoustics. He made different devices that produced sound waves without using a speaker. His bosses thought his research was a waste of time and cut his funding. Years of struggling to make his vision a reality slowly drove him mad. One night, after lack of sleep, and bouts of delusional ravings his experiment he was working on exploded, leaving him badly burned and partially paralyzed. With the help of his lab robots he constructed a mech suit that powers his sonic technology, and also makes him mobile. He can match the resonating frequency of any object and destroy it. He can also cause seismic quakes, focused sonic blasts, and can affect the brain waves of his opponents.

The name I got was Devil Tyrant: The Mistake of Metropolis. My first thought was to do some sort of new character from Superman’s planet of Metropolis, but that seemed a bit too easy for me. I decided to make an original character inspired by the 1927 film “Metropolis”. I imagine my character, the Devil Tyrant, was a born lab experiment to attempt to create a more perfect human being in this dystopian future. The experiment was not successful, a deformed mistake, and the Devil Tyrant was cast aside to live in the underbelly of this future city. All the while growing up hating the society that cast it aside. He eventually rises up and overthrows the very city that created him to rule over it with malice and cruelty, a Tyrant.

Born Dominic Longo, Being abandoned at birth he learned early on the world was unfair, people unjustly punished, unjustly blamed, and it always seemed to be him who suffered. As these all happend to him as he matured he was eventually arrest and jailed for a crime he didn’t commit and was sentenced to life in prison at the early age of 18. After years of being on the inside his views skewed, and his body hardened to survive.
One day his prison was broken into by soldiers vastly advanced to modern tech and killed multiple guards and took one prisoner….Dominic. They reviled to him he was the long lost son of Atlantis and once he sat on his thrown he had an “Epiphany” HE could now decide who was to blame, HE could punish those he saw fit to be and HE could lock up anyone he deemed guilty. And he decided the WORLD was guilty. His first decree of King was to build his new kingdom into a mass prison for all of humanity. Thus as he and his army came from the tide he became known as The Tidal Tyrant and the Keeper of the Living.

a man born aeons ago in a universe that doesn’t exist anymore. He travels through space and time looking for the ultimate excitement. A true hedonist with no compassion for others. This villain is not truly evil, but sometimes the pleasures he seeks might mean death and destruction for others.
