The premise of this contest is that over the next number of weeks we will build a team of superheroes and a team of villains. Each week I will supply you with a role, name, or list of powers of one of the team members and you will use HM3 to create the character. The winner each week will win a version of their character created on HM by yours truly.
Your challenge this week is to design the villainous assassin Eiko. She is skilled markswoman but is just as deadly with her bare hands as she is with a blade or firearm. Before being recruited by Dr. Epoch, she lived in her native Japan and worked as an assassin for hire around the globe.

Does Eiko stand or mean anything? Just checking to see if I can base a design off of meaning from the name

Eiko, the silent assassin. She is a woman of a few words and doesn’t care about anyone but herself, and her objective.
Note: I have no idea why it is blurry on Deviant Art, but it is what it is.
Ryuichi Eiko is the latest in a long line of Kunoichi, ninja women skilled in combat, spycraft and seduction. She is highly skilled in all of these arts. Starting in her early teens she has had a globe-spanning career as an assassin. Due to her use of disguises and stealth, and the wide array of weapons and methods she used, for much of that time she was thought to be a modern legend, conflating the deeds of several women.
She is shown here in three of her many guises: Dressed in mini-kimono, disguised with a No mask, armed with fan and sai; in ninja garb, carrying both assault rifle and katana; and as a seductive socialite in evening dress. Whatever the form, her victims seldom even realize they are in danger, and witnesses, if there are any, seldom provide any useful details.

Nakami Eiko is the descendent of a long line of master assassins and ninja. In ancient times, her family was well known for being samurai slayers. They’d take their helms as trophies and wear them on their next hunt. In modern times, she works as an assassin for hire worldwide.
She has over time retrofitted her family’s traditional uniform with advanced alloys that make her sturdier yet still lightweight. This gives her a much needed edge when facing off against the world’s super humans. Her two favorite weapons are her grandfather’s katana and her custom sniper rifle.
Other: Nakami can be translated to “sword” or “blade” in English.

RobM, it’s so simple yet I really love it haha. I’m actually making a character with similar face paint!
And Calvary_Red, I really like it, so pretty and ominous
Some great entries so far, keep up the good work!
Here is my Eiko
Eiko was trained from early childhood to be a Shinobi. She was given the powers to create a temporal bubble around her that extends 50 ft. in all directions. This temporal bubble allows her to distort time, and anyone or anything inside this bubble slows down 3/4 normal speed. when Dr. Epoch learned of this he didn’t hesitate going back in time to acquire her. Her favorite weapon is the chain sickle.
She is deadly with her sword, but even more so with her sickle.

Thanks, Ubiquitous Pixel. That’s high praise, coming from you. I wanted to give her a yōkai kinda feel – like she appears out of the shadows and your life ends.
The best part of this contest is seeing all the awesome entries other HeroMachiners put out. That’s a prize everyone wins.
