I've just added Barbaro's head sketch to the Head-Winners set in HM3 as his contest winning prize. I think it's a good drawing but it doesn't come close to hitting the true bad-assery of the original photo. Dude's a straight-up super-hero looking guy IRL. If he's willing, I'll put the reference shot up at the end for comparison.

That’s some good work you do there, Jeff. You can really see a good comparison between…Jesus Christ, Barbario looks like a scary badass! Like cross-the-street, and-keep-your-head-down scary. No offense, because you’ve been a great guy here, but if I saw you on the street coming towards me with that expression, I’d want to get out if your way.
