Roy is bored with just about everything. Though he is a member of the Sinister Society, he has been adamant, even when face-to-face with Axis himself, that he refuses to wear a costume and say lengthy monologues and the typical villain modus operandi. Axis allows this behavior only because Roy is willing to carry out any missions assigned to him by Axis. He does so in a no-nonsense, unceremonious way, always looking like he’d rather be doing anything else. Roy is able to form hard, sharp points on his skin.
