Bio:
Jack a blue rocket pack strapped to his back and a love for punishing evildoers. He flew into action at breakneck speeds, laughing and smiling even in the heat of battle as a member of Team Justice. This savior of the skies streaked at break-neck speeds into action bringing justice down on the heads of his foes. He is the younger brother of fellow team member the Manhattan Marvel, husband of Lady Liberty, and grandfather of Blazer. His arch-nemesis is the Blue Blaster. He is now retired in Crescent, Florida.
