Twas three weeks before Christmas
And we were biding our time.
Tonight was for dinos
(next week’s all Jedi)
The people all waited on YouTube with care
With hopes that a trailer soon would be there
There’s he in his t-shirt and I in my hoodie,
Waiting and hoping it would be a goody.
When from the table there came such a tither,
‘The trailer is live, it was posted on Twitter!’
So anyone who’s spent five minutes on the Internet since this morning can probably tell you what today was: Infinity War trailer day! If you’re Facebook and Twitter feeds are similar to mine, then that’s about all anyone can talk about. So, why don’t’ we join in on the fun?
Hey everyone I'll try to have a review up for you tomorrow but I thought in the meantime I'd tide you over with this gem:
Fifteen second trailer and I'm already sold! I'm loving the sound, loving the old school Priest album art, loving it all. Bring on March '18!
So today instead of watching the next film in my horror series, I watched the new trailer for Deadpool 2.
Lots of movie news coming at us just in the last couple of days and there's been a lot to take in. Not really much introduction here, so let’s get right to it. The only other thing I’ll mention before we start is to expect a review for War for the Planet of the Apes sometime next week, as I’ll be seeing it Monday (tomorrow!).
Hey everyone, coming at you with some new trailers and stuff this week! April’s been a bit thin on films we wanted to see, other than Colossal, which isn’t playing near us, but there were a few trailers this week that I wanted to talk about. Also, at the end I’m going to show off something I picked up yesterday that I’ve been meaning to get my hands on since its release. So, without further ado, let’s get to it.
Look at this poster! Look how awesome it is!
First Thor, now Star Wars! What a week! With Star Wars Celebrations on right now, there was a rumor/hope/thought that perhaps we'd see our first footage for the upcoming Last Jedi. And we got confirmation of that this morning
What a way to start a Monday!
Just super quick thoughts because we're actually heading out of town right away so I don't have time for the usual dissection. You can definitely see there's a change of tone here, although there's certainly some darker parts. Loving the music choice, personally, and the throwback-style font that's all Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon-y. There's some humor, some really epic stuff, and some really dark stuff all thrown together. And Jeff Goldblum! Who else is loving that, because I sure am! I'm one of the few who really like the Thor movies, so I am ready to see where this goes.
Hey everybody, how’s it going? We’re doing trailers again this week with a quick movie review at the end to round things out. These are in no particular order but I want to talk about ones I haven’t touched on as much first, with others that don’t need much discussion afterwards. We’ve got lots to talk about today, so let’s get started.
I just had to share this will all of you. After a number of teasers popped up Tuesday, we were told that a full trailer for what will probably be one of the most anticipated movies of 2017 would be debuting Wednesday. I speak of course, about Geostorm. Yes, that weather-disaster thriller brought to us by Dean Devlin and starring Gerard Butler (why do you keep doing this to me, man?). Also, Jerry Bruckheimer and another director, Danny Cannon is involved too. It’s kind of complicated. But on to the trailer.
