    The Atlantean Villain: King Neptunatus
    http://th09.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/i/2012/297/e/4/king_neptunatus_by_jr19759-d5itu7w.png

The king of Atlantis, with ambitions at becoming ruler of the surface world as well. Neptunatus is an absolute ruler who banishes or imprisons anyone who questions or disobeys him, including his own daughter. When Hydroceles (The Atlantean) sabotaged his invasion of the surface world, Neptunatus issue an execution order against him, meaning Hydroceles can never return to his home.

    The Atlantean Villain: Dagon
    http://th07.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/i/2012/297/3/8/dagon_by_jr19759-d5ek1fb.png

One of the first beings of this universe, Dagon possesses huge power. Such is his affinity for magic, many wonder if he is infact one of the mysterious Elder, beings from before the universe. He was sealed away at the bottom of the ocean by the Sun Lord Arya for trying to release the Spectre from his prison at the centre of the Earth. During his imprisonment he manipulated the inhabitants of the sunken city Atlantis, merging them with fish, creating beings to represent his idea of perfection. However, his creations rebelled against his rule, forcing him into the darkest heart of the ocean, where he plots his revenge amongst his new slaves, the Deep Ones.

The Atlantean Villain: The Deep Ones

    http://th05.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/i/2012/297/a/b/the_deep_ones_by_jr19759-d5itgz7.png

A race of evolved fish men who live in the deepest, darkest parts of the ocean, unexplored by surface humans. They reserve a special hatred for Atlanteans, who have been responsible for their retreat to the deep. Their evolution was accelerated by Dagon after the Atlanteans drove him away, and they worship him as a god.

    Demon Girl Villain: Oni

    http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs71/i/2012/218/5/4/tania_moore_by_jr19759-d5a0oop.png

A half Japanese student at Lake City University who hides a dark secret. An ancient sorcerer once cursed her ancestors whilst they still lived in Japan and now, whenever she starts to get anxious or angry, Tania transforms into a giant red oni (Japanese Ogre). She studies Japanese folklore and literature, hoping to come across some way of reversing the curse. However, her time at Lake City has not passed without incident. She once lost control in the University library and Demon-girl had to step in and stop her, nearly blowing both of their covers and getting them arrested. Luckily, thanks to Azaria, Tania now has a much better grip on the monster within.

Resurrection Man (Yes, I have been told that DC have a character who goes by that name, but I wasn’t aware of that when I designed him)

    http://fc07.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2012/238/9/0/resurrection_man_by_jr19759-d5chc9k.png

Don’t know if he should be a hero or a villain, he’s probably neither. His powers are a bit self explanatory really. He can bring people back to life. Their condition depends on Resurrection Man’s mood and whether or not they were at peace. If the resurrected was not at peace, they will be brought back in their current corpse like state. However, if they were at peace, they will be resurrected as they were in life. Resurrection Man can bring back people either permanently (i.e. for the rest of their life-time) or for as long as he wants them. It is unknown if his powers extend to self resurrection.

And someone who has very similar powers

    Black Skull
    http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs71/i/2012/238/b/6/the_protectors__reboot__end__by_jr19759-d5cgxun.png
The Black Skull is one of the avatars of destruction created from the fear and rage of a dying universe. He is not a normal being, he is immortal in the fact that he has never actually been alive. He can control the dead and he draws power from negative emotions, especially fear, despair and rage. His ultimate goal is to wipe out all life and return the universe to nothing.

Loving the use of eyebrows and horns for the upper jaw, you’ve given me an idea for a character I was struggling with.
