    Alias: Hotwire
    Real Name: Franklin Washington
    Genre: Superhero
    Powers/Special Skills: electrokinesis, electrogenesis
Special Weapons/Tools/Armor: suit helps hone powers
    Affiliations: Division-X
    Other Aliases: none
    Status: active
    Bio:
Franklin’s mutant ability surfaced when he was ten years old, and because the electricity contained within his body was visible just beneath his skin, and because he didn’t have complete control of his power, he was taken out of the Caligo Public Schools System and home-schooled by his mother until he was 18. But he also learned the value of working hard and living honorably from his mother, and when he had finished all of his necessary courses, he passed the GED test with flying colors and then took to the streets fighting crime, his powers finally reasonably under control. When he saved the Blazer, who had been named head of Division-X, from falling to his death with a malfunctioning jet pack, he was invited to join the team. Franklin’s electricity powers allow him to fly, fire electric bolts from his hands, kill or re-energize any mechanical or electronic equipment, and even restart the heart of a dying person.

    Name: Hulgard
    Genre: Fantasy
Powers/Special Skills: composed of sandy rock
    Special Weapons/Tools/Armor: Redstar shard
    Affiliations: Vorgan race
    Other Aliases: none
    Status: N/A
    Bio:
Redstar Desert -in the Realm of Fontegan- is a vast, cruel wasteland, where few can survive save the Vorgans, a race of rock-like creatures. They are an anarchic society of beings, and generally will do whatever is necessary to survive. Hulgard is one of these creatures. The armor and whip he carries were stolen from Fort McBane, a stronghold of the humans which lies on the edge of the Redstar Desert. The staff he wields holds within it a piece of the Redstar, a strange mineral found in a cave in the desert which glows a fierce red and fires a blast of energy when its owner wills it to.

    Alias: Hunter
    Real Name: Nick Shapiro
    Genre: Bounty Hunter
Powers/Special Skills: able to adopt the power of any super in his vicinity
    Special Weapons/Tools/Armor: power-negating baton
Affiliations: Special Criminals Maximum Security Complex
    Other Aliases: none
    Status: active
    Bio:
Nick works for the Special Criminals Maximum Security Complex, a federal prison where supervillains are kept once they are apprehended. Although the cells in which the villains are kept radiate a power-negating energy, sometimes there are escapes. Hunter’s job is to track down the escapees and return them to the prison. His own power is the ability to take on the powers of any superhuman around him, but he also carries a large baton that can also radiate the power-negating energy of the prison. In truth, Hunter is more bounty hunter than prison employee. He is rough-and-tumble, and works not for the greater good but for the money he earns with each capture. He secretly retains the powers he adopts, and may one day soon become more powerful than he’s capable of controlling.

    Alias: Hurricane
    Real Name: Moira Murphy
    Genre: Supervillain
    Powers/Special Skills: weather manipulation
    Special Weapons/Tools/Armor: none
    Affiliations: The Forces of Nature
    Other Aliases: none
    Status: at large
    Bio:
Moira was a shy girl while she still lived in her native land of Ireland, and a pushover for the string of men with whom she had relationships. Despite her stunning beauty, Moira had almost no self-esteem and would let men use her, take advantage of her, even abuse her and she would stay with them.

But one night, her boyfriend came back to their apartment violently drunk and attacked her, accusing her of being with another man. In her panic for her life, Moira’s latent mutant powers rushed to the surface, and a bolt of lightning crashed through the window and struck him dead. From then on, Moira’s mind has grown to match her looks, and she has a bitter desire for vengeance, not only against her former loves but for all men.

She moved to the US to escape possible arrest and persecution and quickly found guidance and solace in the ranks of the Forces of Nature, a group of similarly-vengeful supervillainesses all endowed with powers of the natural world.

Yo, Blue! Good to see ya bud!

Good to be seen! Figured I’d knock out a few more letters of the alphabet before I disappear abruptly again.

Husker is the member of The Fifty who represents the state of Nebraska. Due to a one-in-a-billion condition, his skin becomes hard and rock-like. This makes him nearly invulnerable to attack most of the time. Every few weeks, this outer shell dries, cracks, and falls away, briefly revealing normal human skin before the cycle begins all over again.

    Alias: Hyde
    Real Name: Jefferson Hyde
    Genre: Supervillain
Powers/Special Skills: immense size, strength, stamina, and durability; super-thick rhino skin and horn
    Special Weapons/Tools/Armor: none
Affiliations: The Order of the Sphinx
    Other Aliases: “Knuckles”
    Status: at large
    Bio:
Jefferson was a mindless goon for mob boss Mario Cantori. He was known as “Knuckles” Hyde for his ability to knock out just about anyone with a single punch to the head. But on one of his missions handed down from the boss, his criminal life changed completely. He was supposed to break into the laboratories of the Sphinx Foundation and rough up some poor bastard with a gambling problem. But instead he was captured by Sphinx security guards. Instead of taking him to the authorities, however, the guards turned Jefferson over to the president of the company, Carson Westwood. Westwood gave Hyde a simple choice: to allow himself to be the subject in an experimental new genetic surgery, or be killed by Westwood’s guards. Hyde, never much of a faithful servant, opted for the first choice. His body was pumped with rhinoceros DNA and he became a huge pachyderm-man with gargantuan strength and an extremely thick hide that most firearms couldn’t even penetrate. His skin also became wrinkled and gray. He was placed on the Sphinx Foundation’s secret organization of supervillains, called the Order of the Sphinx, in preparation of a hostile takeover of Caligo. In the meantime, Hyde helps the organization by committing small-time crimes to held fund their research and procedures.

    Alias: Hydro-Boy
    Real Name: Shane Westley
    Genre: Supervillain
    Powers/Special Skills: hydrogenesis, hydrokinesis
    Special Weapons/Tools/Armor: none
    Affiliations: Deluge; The Gauntlet
    Other Aliases: Fathom
    Status: at large
    Bio:
Shane is the son of world-famous superhero Aquarius. Because Shane’s mother has no superpowers, Shane inherited only some of his father’s water-based powers, namely the ability to create water out of thin air, and to control the movement of all water in his vicinity. Shane played sidekick to his father’s heroing as a boy, posing as the kiddie hero Hydro-Boy while his dad masqueraded as rookie hero Deluge. But Shane had bigger plans for himself.
When his father became the leader of the Celestials and changed his name to Aquarius, Shane seemed to be tossed aside for his father’s own plans of grandeur. So Shane, then a young man, changed his name to Fathom and became a supervillain, vowing to never become an egotistical, vain hero like his father. In his misadventures he met and fell in love with a woman who after a year of their marriage died giving birth to his twin daughters.

Aquarius had learned of his son’s misdeeds and of the babies and quickly managed to sneak one of them away from Shane. This baby grew up to be the superheroine River.

The other twin Shane raised himself, and taught her that the world was cruel and that the only way to survive it was to be just as cruel. This twin was named Brook. Neither knows the other exists.

Shane, as Fathom, eventually joined the ranks of the villainous team known as the Gauntlet, and let his daughter be free to wreak havoc on the world. Because Shane’s wife was also a non-super, the twins each only acquired his ability to control water, but neither can create it from thin air.

    Alias: Hyena
    Real Name: Spencer Smith
    Genre: Supervillain
Powers/Special Skills: incredible strength and agility, healing factor, razor sharp claws and fangs
    Special Weapons/Tools/Armor: none
Affiliations: Maximum Allied Covert Headquarters for InterNational Espionage
    Other Aliases: none
    Status: apprehended
    Bio:
Spencer was a small-time crook when he was captured by agents of the dark organization M.A.C.H.I.N.E. In an experimental procedure, they pumped Spencer full of various strands of animal DNA, mostly canine. As a result he grew thick body hair, claws, and fangs, and his strength, resilience, athleticism spiked to superhuman levels. He also developed an unplanned regenerative power. The down side to the experiment was that Spencer was driven completely insane, and after easily escaping the clutches of the company’s scientists, he began a week-long, savage killing spree before finally being captured by the Raven. He has sworn vengeance, and unbeknownst to the guards, his strength is building up. It’s only a matter of time…
