I was thinking of doing a western story so I came up with the hero and a few of his enemies here.

Daniel Hatcher Ex-confederate outlaw. Framed for train robbery and murder.

Hiram Stahl US Cavalry officer in charge of apprehending Hatcher.

Silas Hughs Shotgun wielding bounty-hunter after hatcher

Gideon Boudreaux Gunfighter and Gambler, looking for a challenging duel.

Epaulettes strike me as one of thos articles of clothing that, if you wear them, you probably are objectively evil.

They’re actually a real part of the uniform.
And really the only one here I think I’d consider EVIL is the duelist. The others certainly aren’t nice, but more mis-informed than evil. Think of the Officer as a slightly more humorless Tommy Lee Jones from The Fugitive.

The Lich looks pretty badass as well.
