Info: Candice Simons was a university student majoring in engineering. She idolized the Hero Volton and wished she could meet him to examine how he got his powers. She constructed a belt that was able to give her similar abilities to her hero. She met Volton using her abilities and her alter-ego Shock girl. After Volton retired she took the mantle becoming the new Volton.

Info: Dr.Ivan Fitzpatrick was one of the leading scientists in energy preservation. One day he created the Electrolyser a machine capable of powering an entire country with little to no pollution. The machine would cause the same amount of pollution that of a single car would cause. While presenting his machine he decided to give an example of its power capabilities. He was warned by his assistant, Daphne Kane, that they were not aware of how much voltage it would provide for any device as testing had not been complete. He plugged the device into the buildings shock box and suddenly it blew up and flung him into the machine. The current flowed through his body burning his flesh. He was rushed to hospital where his body went through hours of surgery including getting his skull having a seal on the top of it to stop his brain from becoming infected. He was fired from his job and, after finding out he gained superhuman abilities, turned to a life of crime willing to do anything to complete his life work.

Info: Misty Kane was a normal high school student living her normal life in the big city. She wasn’t the most popular girl because of her average looks. She was one of the many people in the city who was affected by the "shock rock" as people called it. One day as a meteorite fell from the sky during a lightning storm it was struck by lightning and blew into hundreds of pieces. Each piece flew across the city causing powers to manifest in anyone who was exposed to their radiation. Misty was the first to be affected as the rock hit her while she was on her bike and threw her to the ground. Getting up feeling like crap she continued home. Her body changed that night becoming stronger and powerful. She discovered her powers after she nearly electrocuted her cat to death. She found her purpose and that was to be a hero.

His body was cursed to share both a form of an angel and demon. He was given a mortal body to reside in to hide the shame that was now his body. For thousands of years he lived on earth examining those who God created. Then as demons started coming to earth he took up his sword again and decided he would earn his way back into Paradise.

Info: Scientists were working on a government project, when before it was completed the item was stolen. The codenamed Project Firefly was a metal suit of armour for soldiers that would let them fly into enemy territories and take out their bases. Not yet activated, it would be worth millions on the black market. The thieves got into a car accident and the armour was lost to the world. This was until the day a college student named Marcus Brown found the suitcase. When he put it on he found it gave him great abilities and decided to use them to become a hero under the name on the case of the suit. He became FIREFLY.

Info: Thomas Duke was the son of a scientist who constantly experimented on him. His mother died giving birth to his sister who then died due to an accident in his father’s lab. Thomas always hated his father for his agonising experiments and lack of empathy. One day his father tried to sell a weapon he was designing for the government and wanted to test it in front of the general. Thomas watched from the house as his father exploded after turning the weapon on. Thomas spent the rest of his teen years as a delinquent and was arrested numerous times. However, over the years Thomas had got into trouble with the wrong people and they were now after him. Finding the chest piece he decided he would kill himself when they arrived so as to give them a show. When the door was broke down he turned it on, sending a huge yellow beam from his chest towards the intruders. Finding that his father died due to an overcharge in the battery cells, Thomas found that he could use this weapon to become a powerful crime lord. He fashioned a suit so as to harness the weapons full potential while keeping him safe.

Info: Bradley Campbell worked as a cop in the big city and was an honest one to booth. Born and raised to catholic parents he was always told if he lived a good life good things would happen to him and that evil would always be punished. He married a beautiful woman and had a son, whom he would often entertain with magic tricks. The police department was having trouble with the mob and as a result the mob needed to send a message. One night when he returned home Brad was assaulted and knocked unconscious by mafia hit men. When he woke up he saw that they were holding a canister of something and had his family tied up. He was then forced to inhale what was in the canister and started laughing. Every time he was forced to take breaths of the gas resulting in more and more gas being pumped into his system. He laughed as his family were brutally tortured and killed in front of his own eyes. He was then brutally beaten and thrown off the peer believed to be dead. Washing up on shore he suffered a nervous breakdown when he woke up asking why he had to suffer and why he couldn’t feel anything. His body had suffered nerve damage as a result of the gas, and all he could think of was how he laughed. He took up a variety of different weapons (including a pistol, a bat and a knife) and found a creepy smiling badge in the sand. He seeks justice but has a cracked perception about what is right and wrong?
