Info: Trained as a boy to be a soldier, Dieter Schwartz never had time for normal childhood problems like his associates. He wanted to be the best of the best, by any means he could. As he grew older, the Nazi's grew stronger and spread throughout the world. His life was never better. He became a spy at the age of 19, and for the next two years he was feared in the spy world as black puma. All his money was kept in a secret bank account only he could have access to, and money was automatically added every year he was active. His life was full of everything he ever wanted. Until that is the day the enemies of the fatherland invaded and he was separated from his family and purpose. Following a group of refugees to America, under the disguise of a citizen opposed to Hitler, he began work on a plan to get revenge. His plan was simple. Sneak into the CIA and find some sort of bomb to destroy the white house. Infiltrating the headquarters went off without a problem, but he lost his sense of direction and ended up in the cryo labs. There he was discovered by a scientist. Fighting off the scientist he was pushed into a cryo chamber. Before the chamber was closed Dieter shot the scientist dead. Years later when he was unfrozen he killed several agents escaping. Seeing how weak the world had gotten in his absence and the wealth his account had accumulated in the years he’d been gone, he started his mission to rebuild the Reich. Now he is the head of many corporations and known as the youngest billionaire at the age of 29, while still being the head of many dangerous groups.

Info: A former marine that was discharged for not following an order that could have gotten his men killed. After he was discharged he decided he would work as a secuirty gaurd at some chemical plant. One night he heard a noise while patroling the factory floor, he decided he would cheack it out. Finding a bunch of drug addicts messing with the chemicals, he ordered them to stop. In desperation they began throwing chemicals at him. To this day he doesnt know if it was one chemical or all of them that triggered his powers, but he doesnt care. At that moment he blacked out and woke up in the hospital. His powers would slowly come to surface over his peroid of sick leave.

Info: Charlie Hooper was an average technician when he perfected a way to leap tall buildings. Finding that his infesters didn’t appreciate his work, he went into despair. After a week he was fired from his job. He then used his technology as a thief and slowly became known throughout the city as The Grasshopper due to the way he leapt great distances.

Story: S.T.A.R.S
Info: Bastian De Monte was born in Paris, France, to police officer and teacher. As a boy he was bullied and teased due to his small stature and would often come home with bruises. His life was changed the day he was brought hunting by his grandfather. It was early morning and they had a deer in sight. His grandfather said "Be your prey. Don’t choke the gun cradle it. Treat it as a part of your body". The deer was aware of their presence and began to run. Bastian lifted his rifle and slowly took in breaths. Watching the beast run and ignoring his grandfather’s orders to shoot, he waited for the deer to be nearly out of sight and fired. The deer fell to the ground in the distance. As years went one Bastian went hunting more and more and even started training with guns under his father’s watchful eye. He entered the French armed forces at the age of 21 and became the top sniper in the country. One day as Bastian was resting in his home, he was greeted with the appearance of a strange English man with an eye patch. He was offering Bastian a job and a surgery that would make Bastian an even better marksmen. Bastian gratefully accepted this offer and became the marksmen of the Secret group called the S.T.A.R.S

Info:Once seven time WSW(World Smackdown Wrestling) Champoin, Hector Montoya was known across the world as the greatest wrestler of all time Turo. Turo was known for two things, one his superb ring ability and two his mask which had a pair of horns on it. He was on top of the world, none had the strenght or the ability to beat him.This was until he was found using steroids to win his matchs. As a result Hector was stripped of his titles and fired from his job. He signed up for an expermental drug in an act of weakness and desperation. The drug made him stronger, and gave him an advance healing ability. He now uses his powers to continue what he belives will be his great come back, in reality its a non-stop crime spree until a hero can stop him. He now wears a huge armored suit and with horns on his helmet to remind everyone that he is "the Bull " Turo

Info: Alpha and his brother became superheroes as a result of a meteorite shower. Alpha and his brother were outside the city limits one night as they scattered the ash of their dead farther. As the meteorite shower began, one of the meteorites landed near their car. As the two brothers approached the rock, it shot lightning bolts at both of them. It gave powers to both his brother and himself. Over the next couple of days the two discovered their powers and began to discuss what they would do with this power. Both decided that their farther would want them to do the heroic thing. Always the calculated mind he sometimes needs to hold his brother back from his impulsive and aggressive actions.

Info: Amanda Harper was a brilliant Ornithologist, who was best known for her books on birds and protests against chemical companies destroying aviary habitats. On one of her many protests however she decided to chain herself to a tree overnight. Knowing she was the only one capable of going the full night she slowly fell to sleep. Getting desperate the company decided to spread the test gas through the habitat. As she woke up, the gas filled her lungs and she started to panic. Tearing the chains off of her she ran from the forest coughing hysterically. The next morning the entire night was a blur but she somehow managed to get home. It was then that the mutation began. She painfully transformed into a bird like woman and decided to take her revenge out on the corporations that this to her.
