There is an Icon two over from the text color icon, click on that. in that window will be an icon on the Right hand side of a folder. Click that and it will allow you to upload you pic. It will upload to a folder, click the browse "Tab" not the browse button, and you will see the images you have uploaded. Select the image you want for your post and the url for it will be loaded for you to post.

 

Hammerknight has put together a tutorial somewhere here on the new forums with pictures to show you have to upload pics if you need further help.
