Hello! Welcome to my gallery with a corny name … I just couldn’t resist naming it as such. Usually I’m more creative with thread titles, but it’s 3:00 in the morning when I wrote this.
Years and years ago, I stumbled upon the Hero Machine with my sister, back when there was V1 and V2. We used to share these big, clunky IBM desktop computers back in those days. I’ve remade one of my first heroes in the V2 machine for everyone to see.
Yeah … I was in a kind of stage where everything I made looked similar. It was a sort of “faux gothy” stage, you could call it, but only for the things I made. I’ve never dressed or acted like a goth. And good lord … why didn’t I give her a chest plate?
Here’s the updated Kadrelun:
Short Bio:
Name: Kadrelun
Species: Genetically engineered alien gladiator
Gender: Female
Powers Pain resistant, some super strength, advanced fighting and swordsmanship
Background: Kadrelun was made to fight in an arena for entertainment. The engineers purposely grew her without a mouth so as to not be able to talk back to her superiors. She keeps herself energized by absorbing aggression from other organisms, eliminating the need to eat … consequently, this makes her a good companion, as her ability to drain negative energy leaves life forms feeling more calm and relaxed. For hydration, she simply absorbs any moisture in the air through her human-like skin.Eventually she escapes the arena she was exploited in through a time rip and winds up on earth where other superheroes discover her.
Next up is one of my more recent creations.
Short Bio:
Name: Arane
Species: Mutated/improvised creature
Gender: Female
Powers: Feral but experienced fighting tecnique, uses all parts on her that are available, often uses sharp tips of bony legs as pickaxes, can spin steel silk for webs and rope
Background:
No one knows how Arane came to be, but she’s quite a sight. She can usually been found in ruined apartments, where she struggles to stay under the radar and find enough to eat. She’s neither good nor bad, and can be convinced to join a cause that either won’t affect her or will benefit her.That’s all for now. ‘Til next time.
Yeah, you gotta watch out for those gladiatorial organizations. Most of them are outlawed in most sectors, but–ah, well. Arane needs a companion. Hope to see it soon.
Say hello to Captain Punch, everyone. He may look generic … yeah, he’s pretty generic. But that’s the whole point!

Name: Richard Walker
Alias: Captain Punch
Gender: Male
Powers: Super strength, flying, some knowledge in hand-to-hand combat
Background:
Captain Punch used to work for an obscure group of superhero youth when he was younger as an extra, due to joining late. During his work there, he’d often find himself staying at headquarters monitoring everything. So, to occupy himself, he’d make fruit punch and set up snacks in the main hall in case his teammates needed refreshments. It was appreciated, but it earned him the nickname of Captain Punch, as he was very proud of his “secret” punch recipe. Don’t be fooled, though … if he gets mad he really does pack a punch!Later on when he got older, Richard separated from his youth group to start a group of his own (his former teammates admit to missing him and his fruit punch), and while traveling, he met Kadrelun and Arane. It’s not official, but the three have managed to form some sort of alliance.
