Real simple.

Upper Body:
1) Spandex-long sleeve.
2) Nature insignia-dragon enlarged, masked onto left sleeve.
3)Spandex-Long sleeve right half-body
3) Mirror of nature insignia-dragon enlarged, masked over right arm.
4) Spandex Sleeveless
5) Nature Insignia Tribal Wolf-head enlarged masked over sleeveless and centered.

All same colors.

Lower Body:

1)Male spandex ankle length.
2) Nature Insignia Tribal Wolf-head enlarged masked and centered.

They're actually a real part of the uniform.
And really the only one here I think I'd consider EVIL is the duelist. The others certainly aren't nice, but more mis-informed than evil. Think of the Officer as a slightly more humorless Tommy Lee Jones from The Fugitive.
