I definitely see 400x600 selected as a file size, which I'm fairly sure it selects automatically, so that can't be the problem.

Opps, Somehow I missed that!, Regardless I tried with 3 different browsers using all the templets to reproduce the problem and couldn't, not sure way some people seem to have a problem and others do not, but I have already passed this on to Jeff this morning for him to look into .

I have just tried to export pictures from Heromachine, using Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox as .png files without a problem on all three browsers. Looking at your screen shot I note that you did not select a file size, neither in the standard or widescreen formats, perhaps that is what is causing the issue ? I will try to export without clicking a file size box and see what happens.

Edited to Add: I just tried to export without selecting a file size and was still unable to replicate the problem you are describing. I will pass this on to Jeff, however if he is unable to replicate the problem either then I am not sure what he can do about it.
