Do we put the nominations here, then? If so, can i nominate Neuphorya and Agonia, from Harlequin's "Love is Always Win". It's more artwork than herowork, but still…

This is the place. I think that it should be a"Hero" or the likes. Lets put it up to the other people. If there are enough people that thinks is should be put into the poll then we will. So anyone else that wants to speak up and say yes or no, do so.

I think that it should be in the poll. It is a darn fine illustration, if not one of the best I've seen, and it should be allowed in the poll for that reason. Also, I've always seen the contest for more than just heroes and villains, it has been for great works of heromachining and Harlequin's is a fantastic work of art.

You know what the fellow said – in Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love, they had five hundred years of democracy and peace – and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock.

I'm cool with it being included. Harlequin did such an awesome job on that. As long as it is a 100% Heromachine creation (except for cropping), then it should be valid for nomination.

And then I said, "Oatmeal? Are you crazy?"

I have done some commission work and had fun doing it. I have no problems with commission work.

If I can fit in a last minute nomination, I thought Vampyrist's The Shadow was fairly inventive and creative.

Also, I hate my phone.

An image based on an excerpt of T.S. Eliot's the Hollow Men
Between the idea
And the reality
Between the motion
And the act
Falls the Shadow

Between the conception
And the creation
Between the emotion
And the response
Falls the Shadow

Between the desire
And the spasm
Between the potency
And the existence
Between the essence
And the descent
Falls the Shadow

Well done him. I managed not to vote in the poll, which is kind of ironic. I'll get the hang of this forum eventually…
