Make something – anything – using items from just one slot. For example, you could make a monster using Hair items, or a scene with Background items, although that one seems fairly obvious and easy, so I suggest doing something a little more creative and interesting. Have fun! I'm off to try it myself.

Edit: If you really want a challenge, try using a random number generator to pick the slot!

Y'know? that bit about a monster from Hair / Standard turned out to be fun--there are horns and fins in there!

So, one of Lab J's outbuildings had a fire. Something jumped out of it and ate the burning shed before we could call the fire department. Problem solved, right? It looked hungry later, so we lit a charcoal grill and it ate every bite. It was a good--whatever--so we told it to have a nap as it's reward . . .

I love this one-slot idea…there was a pop quiz along these lines a while ago. Did a bird then as well. Perhaps in a pinch I defer to birds.
