Blazing Blue Redesign Contest #8

This cheery gent is a member of the Lords of Terror, a wicked trio of villains powered by black magic. His most notable feature is the huge battleaxe he wields, which is capable of cutting through literally any substance.

Restrictions:
Keep the color scheme, but you can add a third color if you like. Obviously the axe has to appear somewhere and use some form of horns on his head. Otherwise, go nuts.
