Power User Profile: Asder

Our Power User to profile this week is the winner of Character Design Contest 49 (Scorpio) and the producer of consistently outstanding work: Asder! I love how many of our active and awesome users come from outside of the U.S., that's truly amazing to me, and I'm profoundly grateful that you all struggle through a foreign language to not only create, but participate. Thank you!

  10. The best piece of HeroMachine art you've created:

(Click to embiggen any of these.)

  11. Favorite all-time geeky movie if any: Watchmen, V for Vendetta, The Dark Knight. But I really want my favorite movie to be the ¨Dark knight Rises¨
  12. Favorite all-time geeky book if any: I don´t know is those are considered ¨books¨, but pretty much everything Alan Moore has ever written.
  13. Favorite all-time geeky TV show if any: South Park
  14. Favorite all-time comic book character if any: The Joker
  15. If you could have one super-heroic power in real life, you'd choose: I don´t know if I call it super heroic power, because I would totally be considered a villain, but I’d love to be the space time master(something like Hiro Nakamura from Heroes), and also move through alternate dimensions

  16. In your leisure time you like to: Go out with my friends, play with my dogs and my mother playing loud hard rock music inside the house and HeroMachine obviously

  17. Character design turn-ons (things you love to see that make for a good design): Basically attention to details. Also cool poses, original characters.
  18. Character design turn-offs (things you hate to see that make for a bad design): None given.
  19. Best tip for a HeroMachine newbie: Sometimes the simplest solution is the best solution. Take your time, and develop your own style, but never be afraid of changing and take suggestions and ask for help. When you lack of inspiration, stop and take a break to refresh your mind, or your image is going to look like you just wanted to get it over.
  20. Any personal message you'd like to share with the HeroMachine community about Geek Life: Once my crazy uncle told me ¨If you have to eat $h!+ for a living, do it the best you can, and be the best at it¨. If you are a geek say it loud and proud.
