I keep a lot of index cards at my desk for keeping track of the sizes and other things. One of the things I try to do is to keep my numbers ending in a five or a zero or as close to that as I can. It's hard to get into the habit of writing down the numbers, but I got started with doing the recipes and now I do it for almost every design I do.

Thanks HK! Saving these pictures for future reference ;)

@Atomic Punk: Do you mean that when multiple items have been rescaled, The X and Y Scale numbers don't always match a specific item that has been clicked, but instead the last item that was rescaled?

If so, this is probably just an Alpha bug like you predicted because the move and rotate dimensions work just fine. I'm sure Jeff is aware of this and will get to it when moves onto bugs. :)

Ad interim, what I usually do is when I find the perfect dimensions to an item, I simply open up Word or Notepad and write down the specific item with the Scale, Rotate and Move dimensions. Just in case something goes wrong.

Hope this helps :)

Like it. One question about the Recipe Cards. Has someone come up with a "graph sheet" to document the size, rotation, and position of an Item?

I use a laptop with a button mouse and a touchpad. There are times that I have something perfectly situated. For various reasons, it will go out of whack. I can't seem to ever get it to snap back.

Clicking on an Item doesn't help. HM doesn't update to show the measurements. I'm sure this is an Alpha bug. In the meantime, any suggestions?
