It's like Batman having bat-bats, redundant to state it twice. Never heard of Bulletman before I started seeing the stuff on him and his family here, but this just reminds me of Batman and how in the past everything (at least in the cartoons) was bat this and bat that. So it seems likely Batman would have had bat-bats in the past. Bulletbullets fits that same redundancy. Gotta go with sheer redundancy here and say bulletbullets.
