Made sense?!? It may have explained the four feet, I think that's a far cry from having this panel make sense!

WHat sort of snappy banter is "This stimulates the liver"?

In the following panel is he kicking someon poor guy in the nuts while shrieking "This assists with the symptoms of diverticulitis"? or smashing bad guys on the head with steel bars while crying out "Two of these a day will cure your back pain forever"?!?

Actually, I'd like to see that.

Great Jeff, now you've made this panel make sense. Way to go. I was about to suggest that Liefeld must have read this comic when he was a wee little lad and it inspired him.

To be fair, I cropped the image, it was clear at the larger size that he's actually punching two guys at once.

Wow, you're right, Richard... its like that old "How many feet does the elephant have" optical illusion. I wonder who drew it? I'd say it was Liefeld, but we *are* looking at feet...
And another thing... Above where the "bang" of the hero's fist is, is that a face??? How does he plan to stimulate the liver if he punches the guy in the face? True, medical evolution, yes: leeches --> punching --> bonesaws --> etc. And what is that face attached to? Surely not a body; it would be bent at an impossible angle, and even if it was, the legs are too long for a body to be placed where the face would attach to... Unless the force of the hero's incredible punch caused the guys head to detach from his body, his anatomical structure to distort, and caused him to sprout additional limbs... Then again, if he can do all that, stimulating the liver might not be a problem...
--------------------------------
Dr. Hero's Liver-Punch - for lazy livers. Stimulate your liver today! *Side effects may include dizziness, nausea, molecular distortion, and the sprouting of multiple limbs. Consult your doctor before using Liver-Punch, and if you find that your face is no longer attached to your body, call your plastic surgeon immediately.*

Of course. Now you give the patient a kick in the lower area. Every general doctor knows that.

Is it just me or the guy who was punched has 4 legs? And one of them don't match the others.
