Hey all,

I’m back from vacation and muchly amused by the image and the ensuing conversation.

I like how the final image turned out – though I must say it looks like an actual image comic cover to the point where anyone who doesn’t know it’s origins might not see it for the parody it is! In short, awesome work Jeff, though the ease with which you adapted to this somewhat horrendous style is troubling!

I’d better get to work on the next caption contest, ’cause I’ve got a few more ideas to test your artistic integrity!

Oh yeah, the gun with TWO barrels for the ONE bullet to come out of, I forgot! That’s one of my buddy John’s biggest pet peeves with the old Image stuff and Liefeld in particular.

Snerk! That’s more Image than I’ve seen in a long time. Don’t forget the multiple afterthought swords, other peopl’s signature weapons and title made up of “creatively” spelled words. Or the strangely flat guns. Man, does anyone else hear the hair metal starting up? That is just bloody brilliant.
