He's standing in front of Doom or Super Skrull or some other Avengers villain, and he's saying something about being "The Ultimate Avenger". It could be Warlock, I suppose, but I didn't get that impression, it seemed more like the other Avengers had been combined or something. But it was just one panel, so I am not sure. I couldn't find anything about it online, although to be honest I didn't really look that hard.
