		<description>That... is indeed what a comic is, Jeff. And I have to add my own little tidbit, it wasn't until I started reading Manga that I realized how truly vibrant black and white can be. The way that blood is illustrated (the Hellsing Manga in particular, which has lots and lots of blood) is incredible when it's done right, and they truly achieve fearful scenes and terrible action, often better than in movies, on a static page. The rich details are done even better than a make-up artist, in fact, often done better than most violent animated features. I have to agree, Jeff, that is what comics are all about.</description>
